Riho (Dawn).

Riho presents an apparent mixture of pre-Christian
and Christian elements. This song was always sung at
dawn for religious celebrations at the small church of
St. Mary (Lamaria in Svan) in the village of Ushguli,
the highest village in Svaneti. It was also frequently
performed at other religious and social gatherings.

Dawn, glory to the Church of St. Mary of Ushguli.
You had to pray.
Everyone came for the prayer.
